Looking for your first step into marketing? We'd love to hear from you.
We're looking for a creative, curious and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to learn from experienced marketers, work on real campaigns from day one and build the skills that will kick-start your marketing career.
You'll gain hands-on experience across content creation, social media, email marketing, digital campaigns, video, events and brand marketing. No two days are the same. One morning you could be writing your first blog, that afternoon helping launch an email campaign or turning a podcast into a week's worth of social media content.
We're not expecting you to know everything. In fact, we'd much rather find someone who's eager to learn than someone who thinks they already have all the answers. We're looking for someone who's naturally curious. Someone who asks "why?", enjoys understanding what makes businesses tick and loves turning ideas into marketing that people actually want to read, watch and engage with.
If your phone gallery is full of screenshots of clever social posts, you enjoy spotting great marketing, and you're excited by the idea of seeing your own work go live, you'll fit right in.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
