This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading team. You will need to be proactive, great at multi-tasking and passionate about learning a range of skills across the marketing mix. The ideal candidate will be looking for a role in marketing with plenty of opportunities for progression, excellent communication skills, creative flair, and a driven can-do attitude.
The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to obtain CIM qualifications.
Overall job purpose
To work as part of a team to implement the marketing strategy. As well as promoting Pall-Ex Group’s key messages, news, and award-winning services.
The role includes:
- Assisting with the delivery of marketing campaigns across email, social media, digital, and print
- Creating written content for website copy, blogs, news articles, and internal communications
- Supporting social media channel management, including preparing, scheduling, and publishing social media content
- Identifying opportunities for engagement content, working with internal stakeholders to gather information and develop stories
- Marketing administration including responding to customer service enquiries and directing queries to relevant teams
- Supporting the team with internal and external events including: an awards evening, conferences, exhibitions, and corporate hospitality days
- Monitoring marketing activity and assisting with the reporting of campaign, social media, and email data
- Managing marketing stock and promotional materials, including branded merchandise and event collateral
- Assisting with website content and SEO improvements, working alongside digital agencies where required
- Ensuring all marketing materials follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand identity
- Organising the distribution of marketing materials to members, customers, and other relevant stakeholders
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Using Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, to create and adapt marketing materials

- Excellent written and verbal skills with strong attention to detail
- Team player attitude who can also work on solo projects
- A collaborative approach to working
- Creative with a flair for design
- Excited to progress and learn
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Knowledge of the Adobe package including InDesign desirable
- Experience with digital and social media management would be desirable
- Current passport and full UK driving licence
