About the Role

Are you an organised, creative and detail-focused Marketing Assistant looking for an opportunity to develop your career within a fast-paced international business?

We are working with a leading global organisation operating across the technology and consumer products sector who are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join their European marketing team.

This is a varied role offering exposure to multiple areas of the marketing mix, working closely with brand, digital, content, product management and external agency teams.

The Role

As Marketing Assistant, you will support the delivery of marketing activity across multiple channels, helping to create engaging content and ensuring marketing materials are delivered accurately, on time and in line with brand guidelines.

Your Responsibilities

  • Developing and delivering marketing materials across multiple channels
  • Supporting point-of-sale, merchandising, in-store campaigns, print literature and press releases
  • Supporting the creation of video and photography assets
  • Helping to brief projects and review storyboards
  • Attending and supporting production shoots where required
  • Managing and maintaining the marketing image library
  • Updating marketing assets for local use and website integration
  • Supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and category marketing activity
  • Working with product management and local marketing teams to develop compelling marketing content
  • Collaborating with brand marketing, digital and content teams
  • Working with external suppliers and key distributors across Europe
  • Supporting social media content creation and management
  • Ensuring all marketing materials are accurate, consistent and aligned with brand guidelines
  • Managing multiple projects and prioritising workloads to meet deadlines

We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is creative, organised and commercially aware, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Ideal Candidate

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a marketing assistant, marketing coordinator or similar role
  • A genuine interest in marketing and content creation
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • A creative mindset and an interest in developing engaging marketing content
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence working with different stakeholders
  • The ability to work collaboratively while also being comfortable working independently
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Good analytical and numerical skills
  • A university degree would be advantageous
  • Additional European language skills would be desirable
  • Flexibility and willingness to undertake European and long-haul travel
