Cathcart London has been leading the revival of classic menswear for over 12 years. Since the founding of the brand, brothers James and George Cathcart have gone on to launch popup stores, most recently in Notting Hill, and have turned what was a small business into a respected global brand in the realm of heritage style, documented by the Rake, GQ, New York Times, and Pitti Uomo.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Assistant role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Marketing Assistant will support day-to-day marketing and PR activities including coordinating campaign shoots, managing social media and email marketing, reaching out to stylists/press, and working on collaborations with brands. The Marketing Assistant will also help track performance metrics, conduct basic market research, and provide administrative support to the marketing function as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication Skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Fluency of the English language required
- Market Research
- Ability to understand customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends
- Sales & Marketing Skills
- Assist with promotional activities, campaigns, and driving store and online revenue
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing, and content management systems)
- Proficiency with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc)
- Attention to Detail
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment
- Interest in Fashion
- Interest in fashion, particularly classic and heritage menswear, is highly beneficial
- Education and Experience
- Relevant education or experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
