Marketing Specialist
Company: Global Tier 1 E-commerce & Technology Leader
Location: London – Hybrid (2 days in the office per week)
Contract Length: 6 Months
Pay Rate: £160 per day (PAYE) (Approx. £41,600)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to join a global e-commerce leader to support customer engagement across the EU, focusing heavily on Q4 peak retail events. You will handle end-to-end marketing execution and operations across onsite and outbound channels, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and lifecycle transitions. You will play a key role in coordinating and launching campaigns that enhance the shopping experience and improve channel funnel performance.

Basic Qualifications
- Solid background in marketing, merchandising, campaign management, or similar fields.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once.
- Proven communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced, highly data-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting large-scale e-commerce or retail marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of onsite merchandising and customer engagement tactics.
- Hands-on experience with CRM, outbound marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
- Strong analytical mindset to interpret campaign performance metrics and operational KPIs.
