The role:

As the Marketing Assistant, you will provide day-to-day marketing support across the Loxley Colour and SIMLAB/Sim Imaging brands, helping to deliver content, campaigns and marketing administration, with support for events as needed.

This is a hands-on role combining content support, campaign administration and marketing admin. Working closely with the Marketing & Content Assistant and Graphic Designer, and reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will help deliver our marketing calendar and lend a hand in planning our events and workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support content creation and scheduling across social channels for Loxley Colour and SIMLAB/Sim Imaging
  • Assist with email campaign builds, CRM list management, and marketing asset preparation
  • Support campaign launches and product releases across both brands
  • Help gather and manage content for approval and scheduling
  • Assist with general marketing admin, including reporting, image and copy organisation, and campaign trackers
  • Support the planning and preparation of events and workshops, including bookings and supplier liaison
  • Provide occasional on-site assistance at UK-based workshops and events
  • Stay up to date with digital and marketing trends and contribute ideas to improve delivery

Who we are looking for:

  • Some marketing experience, gained through work, placements or study
  • Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g. Photoshop) to create or edit content
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Comfortable using social media scheduling tools and creating basic content
  • Confident communicating with suppliers, partners and internal teams
  • Support in organising events
  • Interest in photography, events or the creative industries would be advantageous

The opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity to build your career in marketing within a respected and creative brand. You will gain exposure across two growing brands and develop hands-on experience in content, campaigns and marketing administration, with the chance to get involved in events along the way.

On-site working is required for this role (Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm), so we are looking for candidates who are local to our UK site and have their own transport.
