VectorBuilder seeks a Marketing Associate who will play a key role in driving VectorBuilder’s brand presence, event success, and customer engagement across global markets. This role goes beyond coordination. You’ll help shape campaign strategies and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful brand initiatives. This position offers strong potential for career growth within a dynamic, global biotech leader.

Key Responsibilities

Event & Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns and event strategies that strengthen VectorBuilder’s visibility in the biotech and life sciences sectors.
  • Manage end-to-end logistics for global events (scientific conferences, trade shows, sponsored symposia) with a focus on driving engagement and lead generation.
  • Partner with internal teams to develop messaging, creative assets, and experiences that reflect the brand’s innovation and leadership.
  • Coordinate PR activities, including drafting and distributing press releases, liaising with media contacts, and supporting thought leadership initiatives.
  • Assist in managing agency relationships or media partnerships to ensure consistent brand messaging and maximize exposure across key channels.
  • Track and report event ROI and performance metrics to inform future strategy.

Brand & Content Marketing:

  • Support the creation of on-brand marketing materials — from digital content and presentations to print collateral.
  • Collaborate on campaigns that communicate VectorBuilder’s solutions, technology leadership, and customer success stories.
  • Manage updates to marketing databases, CRM entries, and contact lists to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, product management, and scientific teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business priorities and market opportunities.
  • Contribute ideas for digital marketing, PR, and social media campaigns that amplify our thought leadership in the biotech space.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, ideally in biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative and strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements

This is a full-time, salaried, benefits-eligible position located in the London Office.
