Key Responsibilities

Marketing Administration

  • Support day-to-day updates to the Bodyset website, including uploading and amending content, imagery and campaign information.
  • Ensure clinic, service and partnership information is accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, documents, trackers and shared folders.
  • Coordinate marketing requests and follow up on outstanding actions and deadlines.
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider marketing function.

Social Media & Content Support

  • Support the coordination and delivery of Bodyset’s social media activity.
  • Brief content requirements to partners, clinics and other external contacts, occasionally requiring a shoot day to capture new assets.
  • Support the scheduling and publishing of content where required.
  • Monitor partner activity and flag relevant content and opportunities to the marketing team.
  • Track social media performance and support the reporting of key analytics.

Partnership Support

  • Research potential partners and support initial outreach. Coordinate partnership meetings, communications and follow-ups.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of partnership contacts, activity and agreed actions.
  • Assist with the set-up and activation of new partnerships, including coordinating relevant assets and communications.
  • Attend and support partnership events and activations.

Campaign Support

  • Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns.
  • Help coordinate campaign activity across social media, email, website, influencer marketing and point-of-sale.
  • Assist with campaign timelines, trackers and checklists.
  • Coordinate campaign assets between the marketing team, designers, clinics and external partners.
  • Help distribute campaign materials and POS to relevant clinics.
  • Support the collection of campaign content and results.

Influencer Marketing Support

  • Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators who align with the Bodyset brand.
  • Build and maintain an organised database of potential influencers and support outreach.
  • Track influencer activity, agreed deliverables and content received.

General Marketing Support

  • Support the organisation and delivery of marketing events, activations and key projects.
  • Liaise with clinics to coordinate the delivery of marketing activity and provide any required materials or information.
  • Help coordinate meetings and maintain clear records of actions and next steps.
  • Provide flexible support across the marketing function as priorities and projects evolve.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised and enjoys keeping projects, information and deadlines on track.
  • Proactive, with the confidence to follow things up and get answers.
  • A strong communicator, comfortable communicating with colleagues, partners and external contacts.
  • Comfortable working across multiple tasks and changing priorities.
  • Confident using digital tools and willing to learn new systems and platforms.
