Job Description
Support and delivery of key brand communications, campaigns and wider brand management across the function.
What You Will Be Doing
- Support the Brand Team in the delivery and execution of key year-round and Championships marketing campaigns and initiatives that help grow audiences globally working across Brand, creative, delivery of paid media plans and comms/PR.
- Take ownership for the brief, creation and execution of brand and marketing materials in our emerging promotional areas such as Museums and Foundation.
- Support the Brand Campaigns Manager in creating necessary assets to fulfil global media plans across key markets and help manage paid media strategies to help grow acquisition and revenue (particularly in retail).
- Support the Brand Manager in the execution and delivery of joint campaigns with key broadcast partners across the UK, US, India and Germany.
- Support the Brand Team and Digital Platforms team in the execution and delivery of major fan experiential and digital gaming activations in global markets such as UK, US, Germany.
- Support the Brand Managers in the creation of campaign performance reporting templates and processes.
- Coordinate with Content team to support them in planning delivery of content productions, develop channel-ready messaging, content calendars and campaign toolkits that ensure consistency across markets.
- Work with Digital, CRM and Data/Insight colleagues to support on project tracking and reports to ensure learnings are shared back into future planning.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for day-to-day marketing requests, sharing best practice and helping unblock delivery across the wider team.
- Stay on top of industry trends and be the go-to for local market insights relevant within Sport and Culture.
- Help inform the development and planning of key marketing strategies such as our ‘Influencer Programme’ in key markets, with creators and contribute to content localisation.
- Support the marketing team with administrative tasks, including records of meetings - ensuring actions are recorded and completed. Assist with agendas, documentation and presentation creation across the function.

What part your role will play in The Championships
This role is integral to helping grow and broaden the global audience for Wimbledon, supporting the growth of the brand and delivery of campaigns seen by millions globally. During event delivery, responsibilities will vary and will involve working extended hours to support the function on a wide range of tasks and initiatives.
About you
- At least 2+ years proven experience within brand, marketing and digital.
- Ideally a track record in delivering results through the creation of assets that utilise a variety of channels including paid, owned and earned.
- Commercial acumen.
- Passion for brand and marketing.
- Keen collaborator, able to contribute to bringing teams together across both marketing and other departments to deliver integrated plans that answer audience briefs.
- Highly detail oriented, proactive and a self starter.
- Top notch verbal and written skills.
- A ‘can do’ attitude is a must, especially during peak times.
