Marketing Assistant
TQ-MARKETING | Leicester | Full-Time | In Person
TQ-MARKETING is currently looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team in Leicester as a Marketing Assistant.
This is a face-to-face, people-focused marketing role where you’ll represent client campaigns, interact directly with customers, and develop practical marketing and communication skills through hands-on experience.
No previous experience is required, as full coaching and development are provided. We’re looking for people with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Representing client campaigns professionally
- Engaging with customers face-to-face
- Communicating campaign and service information clearly
- Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns
- Working towards individual and team targets
- Developing communication, marketing, and customer engagement skills
- Working collaboratively within a supportive team environment
