About Osmosis

Osmosis is a fast-growing, specialist asset manager operating at the forefront of sustainable investing. Founded in 2009, we set out to change the way capital is allocated by demonstrating that environmental considerations can be integrated into mainstream investment strategies without compromising financial objectives.

Our approach combines proprietary research, advanced analytics and deep environmental expertise. From our foundations in systematic equities, we have recently expanded our capabilities into fixed income and credit through our team in the Netherlands. Today, we serve a diverse global client base and continue to develop new investment solutions in response to the environmental, economic and societal changes reshaping markets.

Osmosis offers the energy, variety and visibility of a growing business. Our collaborative and entrepreneurial structure encourages people to work across teams, exchange ideas openly and really see the impact of their contribution. We are a sociable team, brought together by a shared interest in sustainable finance.

Job Overview

As part of a small, dynamic marketing team, you will gain hands-on experience across a broad and varied range of marketing activities. This is a fast-paced and highly collaborative role, offering the opportunity to work on multiple projects, contribute creative ideas and have your say in making a visible impact across the business.

The marketing team develops and delivers the strategy for both Osmosis’s corporate brand and its individual fund offerings. Your work will span the creation of presentations and sales materials, social media, email marketing, integrated campaigns, events and website management. Through these activities, you will play an important role in shaping how clients, prospects and the wider market perceive the company and its brand.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
