Game Changers Investments is a London-based hospitality investment company and sister company to TGP International, focused on growing innovative food and beverage brands through investment and operational expertise.
We're looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team.
This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day delivery of marketing activity across social media, content creation, campaigns, events, and digital channels for our diverse portfolio of hospitality brands.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you'll help bring our brands to life while driving brand awareness, engagement, and reservations.
Responsibilities
Socials
- Support the day-to-day management of Instagram and TikTok channels across multiple hospitality brands.
- Create monthly content calendars for our portfolio of brands, ensuring content is planned, on-brand, and aligned with key campaigns.
- Capture and edit short-form video content, including Reels and TikToks, using basic editing tools.
- Respond to comments, direct messages, and customer enquiries across Instagram and TikTok, maintaining each brand's unique tone of voice.
- Assist with influencer outreach, collaborations, and content visits.
- Monitor social media trends, community engagement, and content performance to help drive engagement and reservations.

Content
- Support the creation photography briefs based on content requirements.
- Attend on-site photoshoots, supporting the team and ensuring the day runs smoothly.
- Developing in-house content such as Reels and TikToks.
- Being present on site to capture content.
- Occasionally attend out-of-hours events and launches to capture content and support marketing activity.
- Write and create email campaigns in line with the strategy.
- Outreach to local community.
- Build database via data collection and competitions.
Internal Comms
- Circulate monthly promotions tracker and notifications to internal teams.
- Keep marketing trackers up to date.
- Manage weekly reservations and covers reporting, and support monthly marketing reports tracking activity, campaigns, and performance across the portfolio.
- Attend internal team meetings, providing updates on marketing activity and upcoming campaigns when required.
Collateral
- Brief artwork and work with graphics team on creative assets.
- Create marketing material and presentations.
- Ensure print collateral delivered on time and as cost effectively as possible.

Websites
- Update website changes and menus.
- Update pricing and photography.
Third-Party Listings
- Maintain and update Google Business Profiles and third-party listing platforms, ensuring menus, imagery, offers, opening hours, and venue information are accurate and up to date.
Requirements
- Passionate about hospitality and keeping up with food & beverage trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter with excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using Canva and basic video editing tools such as CapCut or Edits.
Preferred
- Experience creating content and managing social media channels.
- Experience using marketing platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, and Sprout.
- Previous experience in a marketing, social media, or content creation role.
