The Opportunity
We are looking for a creative, ambitious and digitally minded Content & Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on marketer who enjoys creating engaging content, managing social media channels and turning ideas into campaigns that deliver measurable results.
You’ll play a key role in developing the company’s digital presence across social media, email, content marketing and paid advertising, while working closely with marketing, sales and wider business teams.
You’ll also have the opportunity to get out and about — attending trade shows, customer projects and site visits to capture authentic content and bring the company’s work to life across our digital channels.
What You'll Be Doing
- Create engaging, relevant and on-brand content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.
- Develop and schedule social media content, newsletters and other digital communications.
- Write engaging copy for blogs, articles, newsletters and case studies.
- Manage day-to-day social media activity, including monitoring engagement and responding to comments and messages.
- Maintain and develop the monthly marketing content calendar.
- Create social media briefs and shot lists for onsite video and photography projects.
- Produce and edit short-form video content for digital and social channels.
- Support the development and execution of social media campaigns, promotions, partnerships and sponsored content.
- Work with the marketing team to improve online visibility through SEO, Google Ads and social advertising.
- Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance against agreed KPIs, including engagement, follower growth, website activity and conversions.
- Research industry trends, construction news, competitor activity and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
- Work closely with sales and conversion teams to understand customer feedback, purchasing trends and market developments.
- Develop marketing content based on customer projects and real-world success stories.
- Proofread and edit marketing materials to ensure consistency, accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate with external videographers, advertising specialists and other creative partners.
- Attend trade shows, site visits and conversion projects to capture content for marketing campaigns.
- Identify relevant industry communities and organisations and explore opportunities to build relationships.
- Provide regular insight and feedback to the Marketing Manager and wider management team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
