The Role

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain broad, hands-on experience across the full marketing mix within a fast-paced international events environment. You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Executive, supporting the marketing strategy and delivery across our portfolio of global events.

No two days will look the same: you'll get exposure to campaign planning, content, partner marketing, digital platforms, and data, all while learning directly from an experienced marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple international events running concurrently
  • Assist with email marketing activity, including audience data management, segmentation, and campaign coordination
  • Help produce and schedule content across LinkedIn and other social channels
  • Support partner and sponsor marketing coordination, including asset requests and communications
  • Assist with event platform and website updates (registration pages, forms, content)
  • Contribute to marketing reporting and performance tracking
  • Provide day-to-day marketing and administrative support to the Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Executive
  • Liaise with designers, content leads, and external partners to keep campaigns moving on schedule

About You

  • Excellent written English with strong attention to detail
  • French and/or German is a plus
  • A genuine interest in marketing, events, media, or B2B communications
  • Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and shows at once
  • Proactive, curious, and keen to learn across all areas of marketing
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote role
  • Familiarity with tools such as Mailchimp, Canva, or LinkedIn is a plus, but not essential — training will be provided
