Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketing Assistant to provide essential administrative support to our Sales and Marketing team.
This is a varied role with a strong focus on administration, coordination, and attention to detail. You will help keep marketing activities, product samples, enquiries, records, and digital content organised and up to date, while also supporting wider marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and accurately recording product sample requests and maintaining sample stock.
- Running daily sample reports and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Monitoring the marketing inbox and website enquiries, responding or directing queries as appropriate.
- Maintaining accurate records and information across internal systems.
- Coordinating marketing materials, brochures, catalogues, and product information.
- Supporting the organisation and administration of trade shows and exhibitions.
- Maintaining and updating website content and marketing collateral.
- Assisting with social media and marketing activities.
- Supporting customer and sales enquiries.
- Liaising with suppliers, trade publications, agencies, and other external contacts.
- Providing general administrative and organisational support to the Sales and Marketing team.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, sales support, or marketing role is desirable.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident managing records, reports, and multiple tasks.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Marketing experience is advantageous but not essential.
