This full-time Marketing Assistant role is based in Brighton as part of a hybrid work model, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. The Marketing Assistant role is hands-on in supporting the Marketing Operations Manager with day-to-day marketing activities, administration, and supporting the wider commercial team.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting market research on industrial machinery trends
- Advertising options and NBD
- Helping to maintain customer and prospect databases
- Updating various dashboards and task/planning tools
- Contributing to social media and website content
- Liaising with internal teams and external partners to support sales objectives
- Tracking basic marketing metrics
- Ensuring consistent branding across all communication channels
