About the Role

The European School of Economics (ESE), a private Business School focused on preparing the next generation of global leaders, is seeking a talented and creative marketing assistant to support its growing digital presence.

Working closely with our communications and academic team in London, the selected candidate will be responsible for editing and producing engaging graphics and video content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, ensuring a consistent and high-quality visual identity across platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in editing short- and long-form videos for social media and YouTube (e.g., interviews, student testimonials, events, academic talks)
  • Create unique ad campaigns with graphics and/or video as part of a school-wide team
  • Adapt content into vertical and horizontal formats according to platform
  • Add subtitles, motion graphics, and branding elements as needed
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimise content to increase engagement, and support storytelling
  • Organise and manage video assets, keeping content libraries up to date
  • Stay updated with graphic and video trends and best practices for each platform

Requirements

  • Proficiency in at least one of the following: Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro X (FCPX) as well as Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
  • Experience creating graphics and/or video content for social media platforms (especially Reels, Shorts, and TikTok)
  • Good sense of timing, pacing, audio sync, and transitions
  • Basic knowledge of video formats, codecs, and exporting workflows
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Portfolio of relevant graphics and/or video work is required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of audio editing and color grading is a plus
  • Familiarity with the educational or lifestyle sector
  • Creative storytelling mindset and attention to visual detail
  • Experience with international brands or academic institutions a plus
