Marketing Assistant
Chelmsford, Essex | Full-Time | On Site | Training Provided
Ever wondered why some brands immediately grab your attention while others don't?
Myriad is looking for a Marketing Assistant to gain hands-on experience working with recognised brands, understanding customers and supporting live sales and marketing campaigns.
This is a customer-facing marketing role, not a digital, social media or content marketing position. You'll work directly with people, learning how brands communicate their value, influence customer decisions and turn interest into measurable results.

What You'll Do
- Support live sales and marketing campaigns
- Represent client brands and engage with customers
- Communicate campaign messages, products and services
- Understand different customers, their needs and buying decisions
- Support customer acquisition and campaign objectives
- Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve results
What You'll Develop
You'll build practical experience across marketing, customer engagement, brand representation and sales, while learning how customer behaviour and communication influence campaign results.
You'll also develop transferable skills in communication, commercial awareness, presenting and relationship building.
