Are you a highly motivated marketing professional eager to make a tangible impact on customer engagement and business growth? We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to play a pivotal role in driving end-to-end marketing execution and operations. In this position, you will be instrumental in shaping customer journeys, enhancing shopping experiences, and directly contributing to the acquisition, engagement, and lifecycle transitions of a vast customer base. What You’ll Do
- Own account communication and initiate outreach to partners.
- Report on key success metrics and campaign performance.
- Drive engaging advertising campaigns from concept to execution.
- Handle inquiries and provide exceptional support to stakeholders.
- Support end-to-end marketing execution and operations across various customer channels.
- Contribute to customer acquisition, engagement, and lifecycle transitions.
- Coordinate and launch marketing campaigns that enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Improve funnel performance across diverse marketing channels.

Required Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, merchandising, campaign management, or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and data-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting digital commerce or retail marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with onsite merchandising and customer engagement strategies.
- Experience working with CRM, outbound marketing, or lifecycle marketing channels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and operational KPIs.
