About The Role
The Marketing Assistant sits within the Brand & Marketing team and supports the coordination, organisation and smooth delivery of brand and marketing activity.
This role provides essential logistical, administrative and operational support across PR activity, events, brand activations and campaigns. By maintaining plans, calendars and systems, the role helps improve pace and efficiency, removing operational obstacles and enabling the wider team to focus on delivery and impact.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the coordination and organisation of brand and marketing activity across the team.
- Maintain up-to-date plans, trackers and documentation to support smooth delivery of campaigns and initiatives.
- Help keep priorities, actions and dependencies clear and visible.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for PR activity, events and brand activations.
- Assist with scheduling, supplier coordination, asset tracking and briefing support.
- Maintain marketing plans, content calendars and campaign schedules.
- Support governance of approvals, version control and documentation.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Assistant or similar support role.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Confident managing multiple tasks, deadlines and stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with calendars, plans, documentation and content systems.
- Proactive, solutions-focused and collaborative.
- AI focused thinking incorporated into strategy and execution.
- Stay informed of emerging trends beyond the hospitality industry to inform and evolve our output, ensuring ideas remain fresh, relevant and forward-thinking.
