Role: Marketing Assistant - Doncaster
Salary: £26000 starting salary
Hours: 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday

Position Overview:
Elevation Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for one of the UK’s largest distributors. This person will support and help coordinate the day to day administration of the marketing activity.
You will provide support across the marketing department to ensure marketing campaigns, promotional collateral, and digital assets are delivered accurately on time and in line with agreed processes.
This person will support the production and distribution of marketing materials across all promotional activity by maintaining databases, coordinating marketing assets, liaising with suppliers, and supporting digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Marketing team across all marketing activity.
- Produce and distribute the weekly bulletin.
- Manage the Marketing Assets inbox, responding to requests, organise and save the marketing materials.
- Chase suppliers for product images, adverts, and other marketing materials to support campaign production deadlines.
- Maintain and update the Retailer Database.
- Upload marketing content and assets to digital marketing platforms.
- Support the creation, scheduling, and distribution of emails and other marketing communications.
- Produce Supplier ROI (Return on Investment) Packs and provide administrative support for campaign reporting.
- Process marketing invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
- Support the production of promotional materials by coordinating marketing assets, preparing promotional content, maintaining artwork files, and ensuring all materials are delivered in line with agreed deadlines.
- Build effective working relationships with suppliers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to support the smooth delivery of marketing projects.
- Support the Marketing Team with additional marketing projects and identify opportunities to improve administrative processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work independently.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Comfortable learning new marketing systems and digital platforms.
- Positive, proactive approach with a willingness to support the wider team.
- Marketing qualification or studying towards one is desirable.
Background Knowledge/Experience:
- Previous administration or marketing support experience desirable.
- Experience working with databases and digital systems.
- Experience coordinating multiple deadlines.
- Understanding of marketing processes would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of FMCG, Wholesale, or Retail sectors would be beneficial but not essential.
