We have a great opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to join our team in the Heathrow office (Staines).
Join our Marketing team and play a key role in bringing our service line marketing plans to life. You'll support the delivery of creative, engaging campaigns and marketing activity while helping to drive brand awareness, generate opportunities and provide seamless day-to-day marketing support across the business.

Key Responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- As a Marketing Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting the delivery of creative marketing campaigns and business development initiatives across Menzies. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in professional services marketing, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing activities while working with a supportive and collaborative team.

Create engaging content – Support the production of video content, including filming and editing, to bring our brand and stories to life.

Deliver impactful communications – Help create and distribute internal and external communications using platforms such as HubSpot and Signage Now.

Support digital events – Coordinate the promotion and delivery of webinars, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.

Bring events to life – Assist with the planning, organisation and delivery of face-to-face events, helping to create memorable experiences for clients and colleagues.

Manage promotional materials – Coordinate branded merchandise and marketing resources to support campaigns, events and business development activities.

Support our brand – Organise photoshoots and help maintain a consistent, professional brand presence across marketing materials.

Gather valuable insights – Manage survey responses and help analyse feedback to support future campaigns and continuous improvement.

Keep the team running smoothly – Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Marketing team, helping to coordinate projects and ensure marketing activities are delivered on time.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
What We’re Looking For:
We're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and creative individual who's eager to kick-start or develop their career in marketing. If you're a great communicator, enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Qualifications
You'll have at least five GCSEs at Grade 5 (or equivalent) or above, including English and Maths. A Levels or an equivalent qualification would be advantageous but aren't essential.

Skills & Knowledge
You'll be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy building relationships with colleagues, clients and external suppliers. You'll be highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks at once, and comfortable working as part of a busy, collaborative team. A positive attitude, willingness to learn and enthusiasm for marketing are just as important as previous experience.
What You'll Bring
You'll have a proactive approach, a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail. You'll enjoy taking ownership of your work, building trusted relationships and delivering tasks to a high standard. You'll be someone who embraces new challenges, works well under pressure and takes pride in helping projects run smoothly and successfully.
Experience
Previous marketing experience or a marketing qualification would be an advantage, but it isn't essential. We're equally keen to hear from candidates who are enthusiastic about marketing and looking for an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in a supportive team.
Travel
This role includes occasional travel to other Menzies offices, as well as some ad hoc attendance at events outside of normal office hours.
