Marketing Assistant - 6 Month FTC | Solihull
Solihull | Hybrid - 2 days in the office
Are you passionate about marketing and looking for an opportunity to develop your experience within a growing organisation? I'm working with an award-winning UK bank who are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join their Group Marketing team on a 6-month FTC. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their marketing career to gain broad experience across digital marketing, CRM and customer communications.
The Role
You'll be supporting the wider marketing team with a variety of activity, including:
- Supporting the CRM team with customer communications
- Assisting with email development and communications
- Coordinating approvals and getting communications ready to go live
- Supporting product and rate changes
- Updating digital and customer-facing content
- Working with internal teams and external partners
- Providing general marketing support across BAU activity

This is a fast-paced environment, so no two days will necessarily be the same. You'll need to be organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
About You
You don't need years of experience for this role - we're looking for someone who is passionate about marketing, highly organised and keen to learn. You'll ideally have some previous marketing experience, whether that's through a marketing role, placement, internship or degree. Financial services experience would be beneficial but isn't essential. You'll have strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail and enjoy working in a busy, collaborative environment.
