Marketing Assistant – Fixed Term Contract (until end of 2026)

Location: London, E1
Reports to: Head of Retail Marketing & Creative Production
Works closely with: Social Media & Content Lead, Press Team, Retail & Wholesale Teams, Creative Studio

Job Overview

The Marketing Assistant will join a fast-paced, highly collaborative team supporting the execution of ERDEM’s global marketing, retail and brand experience activity.

This role sits at the intersection of creative production, communications, social content and retail marketing, ensuring the seamless delivery of brand initiatives across all physical and digital touchpoints.

Part of the wider Communications team, this role will work closely with the Head of Retail Marketing & Creative Production, Social Media & Content Lead, and Press team to ensure all marketing output is delivered with precision, consistency, and impact. The role will also liaise regularly with senior stakeholders across the business.

This is an operational yet creatively engaged role, ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, detail-driven environment while remaining close to creative development and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Administration, Operations & Production Support

  • Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, invoicing support, PO tracking, and production documentation.
  • Support sample, asset and content tracking across teams.
  • Maintain organisation of shared drives, production folders, and marketing archives.
  • Assist in maintaining structured workflows across multiple concurrent projects.

Marketing & Communications Coordination

  • Support in day-to-day coordination of communications activity across all communication and social media channels.
  • Help maintain alignment across departments including PR, Digital, Creative and Retail.
  • Support reporting, documentation, and internal communication flows.
  • Assist in maintaining social media calendars and ensuring timely delivery of campaign and reactive content.

Campaign & Content Production Support

  • Support the delivery of global campaign production, including shoot logistics, scheduling, and coordination across internal and external teams.
  • Assist with asset tracking, delivery timelines and post-production workflows across campaign, e-commerce, and social content.
  • Help coordinate day-to-day production requirements for shoots, look books and seasonal content creation.
  • Support briefing, scheduling, and delivery of creative assets across marketing channels.
  • Support content capture across shoots, shows, retail activations and events.
  • Help liaise with retail teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and campaign rollouts.

Retail & Wholesale Marketing Support

  • Assist in the execution of retail marketing initiatives across global stores and wholesale partners.
  • Support seasonal launches, in-store activations and localised brand moments.
  • Help coordinate POS, visual assets and retail storytelling tools across regions.

Fashion Show & Event Support

  • Support the planning and execution of bi-annual fashion shows, presentations, and brand events.
  • Assist with guest coordination, logistics, scheduling, and on-the-ground production support.
  • Help manage event run sheets, supplier coordination, and production checklists.
  • Support press, VIP and internal teams during event build and delivery phases.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 1–2 years’ relevant experience in a marketing, production, content or communications environment (fashion/luxury preferred). A degree in a related discipline is a plus, but not required.
  • Highly organised with strong administrative and coordination skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-project environments with shifting priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail with a strong visual and creative awareness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident working across creative, commercial and operational teams.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content workflows.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; familiarity with creative tools is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
