Fully Remote | UK / Europe | £27,000 FTE starting rate | Self-Employed Contractor
We’re looking for an organised, creative and hands-on Marketing Assistant contractor to support the day-to-day marketing activity of an established health and wellness business. This is primarily a marketing administration and execution role, working across e-commerce, content, SEO, email, social media and general marketing support.

- Two established supplement brands selling across the UK and Europe

What you’ll do
- Day-to-day marketing administration and project support
- Maintain and develop two Shopify websites, including products, pages, blogs and general website updates
- Support SEO, email marketing, social media, content and localisation/translation
- Create and adapt on-brand marketing assets
- Use AI effectively for research, content and marketing workflows
- Occasional event support and travel to London where possible

Our ideal candidate
- Genuinely passionate about health, wellbeing and fitness.
- Highly organised, autonomous and detail-oriented, with excellent written English
- A good creative eye — you don’t need to be a designer, but you can make things look good and confidently follow brand guidelines.
- Experience with Canva, Shopify, Adobe Creative Suite, Klaviyo and Trello
- Good practical knowledge of SEO, social media (beyond Meta) and AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini
- Able to use AI intelligently without relying on it — human judgement, creativity and strong writing matter
Non-negotiables:
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and Canva
- Comfortable with a freelance contractor arrangement, with a self-managed, appropriate work set-up

Please note: This is a self-employed contractor position, not an employed role. You’ll need your own computer and remote-working setup and will be responsible for your own tax and other self-employment obligations. UK/Europe-based candidates are preferred, but location is flexible for the right person.
