Marketing Assistant – Fully Remote
🏠 Location: Fully Remote – UK Based
💷 Salary: £26,000–£34,000, depending on experience
📅 Hours: Monday–Friday
The Opportunity
FindCore are thrilled to be assisting a well-established and growing business with the recruitment of a Marketing Assistant.
This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and organised individual to support a busy marketing team while working fully remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns
- Create and schedule content across social media platforms
- Support the production of email campaigns, website content and marketing materials
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports
- Update customer databases and marketing systems
- Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers
- Help maintain consistent branding across all marketing activity
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team

Skills & Experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of social media platforms
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Creative approach with a willingness to contribute ideas
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable working independently from home
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home-working environment
