The opportunity
At Relay Direct Ltd, we create measurable growth for client brands through conversations that happen in person. You will join a supportive campaign team and gain practical exposure across customer engagement, sales and marketing.
A typical day may include
- Support the delivery of face-to-face marketing campaigns
- Engage customers, explain campaign messages and build brand awareness
- Gather feedback and share customer insights with the campaign team
- Assist with lead generation and customer acquisition activity
- Learn how campaign performance is reviewed and improved

- An interest in marketing, brands and customer behaviour
- Clear communication and strong people skills
- An organised, proactive approach
- Comfortable in a field-based role; this is not a digital marketing or social media position
Rewards and development
- Realistic performance-based OTE: £26,000–£30,000
- Ongoing coaching and practical development
- Progression based on results, reliability and demonstrated capability
- Team recognition, incentives and selected travel opportunities
- OTE is an indication of potential performance-based earnings and is not guaranteed. Actual earnings depend on individual results.

BASE: Milt Keynes, UK
CAMPAIGNS: B2B, B2C and Events
WORKING PATTERN: Full-time, Monday–Friday
START: Immediate availability preferred
The role includes on-site reporting in Milton Keynes and field-based customer engagement. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
