Pretty Lavish Marketing Assistant

About the Brand

Pretty Lavish is a British fashion brand dedicated to inspiring its community to embrace individuality and become the best version of themselves. The brand bridges the gap between high street and designer labels by offering quality, timeless, and versatile designs that transition effortlessly from day to night and across seasons. Known for sophisticated occasionwear, luxury knitwear, and a sleek, modern bridesmaid collection, Pretty Lavish focuses on pieces that can be loved and worn for years. The team values creativity, style, and a customer-centric mindset, and welcomes individuals who are excited to contribute to a growing fashion brand.

The Role

As Marketing Assistant, you’ll support the day-to-day delivery of our marketing activity across all channels. You’ll play a key role in keeping the marketing calendar and campaigns on track, coordinating shoots and content, supporting email and social activity, and helping the wider team bring creative ideas and activations to life. You’ll be someone who loves being organised, has a genuine interest in fashion and culture, and is naturally proactive when it comes to spotting opportunities and getting things done.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Calendar & Campaign Planning

  • Own and maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring all activity, launches, campaigns and key dates are accurate and up to date.
  • Support the wider marketing team with campaign planning, timelines and activation planning.
  • Help develop and coordinate activation concepts, from initial idea through to execution.
  • Ensure key marketing deadlines and deliverables are communicated clearly across the team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
