Marketing Assistant – Korean Speaking
Atomy United Kingdom | Guildford, Surrey | Full-Time | Temporary to Permanent
About Atomy
Founded in 2009, Atomy is a global network marketing company and Korean health and beauty brand on a mission to rewrite the face of network marketing, with customer success at the heart of everything we do. Atomy UK opened in 2021 and has grown steadily year on year. As part of a small, close-knit team, you'll get genuine hands-on exposure to every corner of the business — a rare opportunity to learn how a global company operates from the ground up, rather than being confined to a single function.
The Role
In Atomy, Marketing goes far beyond a traditional marketing role. We're looking for a proactive, versatile Marketing Assistant to join Atomy UK's Marketing department in a role spanning events, marketing materials, distributor communications, and translation. You'll be working closely with the Marketing Manager to plan and run campaigns, assist in the planning and running of online and offline events, help to manage communications with our distributor networks, assist the team with Korean-English translation, and act as our main point of liaison with Atomy's Korean headquarters.
It's an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to develop broad commercial experience quickly, thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving environment, and is excited by the idea of building genuine expertise across a Korean-British business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
