Position Information:
As Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the elevation and development of the La Prairie brand in the UK & Ireland. This dynamic role provides exposure across the entire marketing team – Digital, PR and VM – with a specific focus on supporting the acceleration of the e-retail business.

Main Accountabilities:
Digital and E-Retail
- Support Digital Manager to drive and grow La Prairie’s e-retail business in the UK & Ireland.
- Adapt and deliver assets and copy, for all e-retail partners for catalogue SKUs and innovations.
- Perform regular e-retail audits, track stock and brand visibility on e-retail sites and prepare reports.
- Manage e-retail sample and GWP forecasting + partner with logistics teams for assemblies and shipping as well as other e-retail-related value-added services.
- Product send outs to retailers for campaign shoots and review panels.
- Monitor competitive activities, new launches and industry trends
- Adapt and deliver creative assets for 360 campaigns
- Support with ad-hoc tasks
PR and Social Media
- Support press and social monitoring and coverage reporting
- Assist with tracking key PR metrics, including coverage, reach, EMV and sentiment
- Support press and influencer activity, including outreach, briefing, seeding and coordination
- Assist with identifying relevant press, creator and media opportunities
- Coordinate product send-outs, image and asset requests, mailers and product information
- Provide logistical support for PR events and activations

Visual Merchandising
- Assisting VM Manager on new counter installations and store visits
- Sending out collateral and testers
General Responsibilities
- Support Marketing Director and other marketing team members with ad-hoc projects, reporting analysis, raising POs and raising marketing orders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or relevant field.
Skills & Behaviours:
- Motivated, organised multi-tasker able to manage multiple timelines and deliverables.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy in all work.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Keen interest in the luxury beauty industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or other design tools a plus
