About Sussman Law Firm, PLLC

Sussman Law Firm, PLLC is located in Charlotte, North Carolina and offers legal services primarily in the areas of family and immigration law. However, we also handle a variety of other matters. We are not your typical law firm. We are poised for aggressive growth, and we are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Bilingual Marketing Assistant who can hit the ground running to support our marketing and intake initiatives.

The Job

The Marketing Assistant will support day-to-day marketing initiatives, helping grow the firm’s brand, online presence, and client outreach efforts. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical and organizational skills, who has experience with digital content and social media.

Compensation starting at $1,350/month + Bonus Potential

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and maintain weekly and monthly reports involving marketing, intake, leads, consultations, conversions, and related performance metrics.
  • Analyze marketing data to identify trends, performance changes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Present weekly marketing data and provide relevant observations regarding lead volume, lead sources, conversions, campaign performance, and other key metrics.
  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for the Firm’s SEO and digital marketing vendor, under the direction of the Marketing & Intake Supervisor.
  • Communicate Firm-approved changes in business priorities, practice-area needs, geographic targets, and desired lead-generation strategies to the marketing vendor.
  • Monitor website traffic, search rankings, lead sources, and other SEO performance indicators.
  • Create, edit, schedule, and publish content for the Firm’s social media platforms.
  • Assist with the creation of graphics, short-form videos, employee features, client testimonials, and other digital content.
  • Maintain a social media content calendar and ensure posts are published consistently.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and interactions and escalate matters requiring a response or management attention.
  • Create, edit, and distribute the Firm’s monthly newsletter to clients, former clients, employees, and other approved recipients.
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing Coordinator on campaigns, events, community outreach, referral initiatives, and promotional activities.
  • Assist with event preparation, marketing materials, sponsorship documentation, registrations, and post-event reporting.
  • Monitor marketing tasks and deadlines through Firm systems.
  • Coordinate with Intake and other Units to gather information needed for marketing reports and initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred. Equivalent education and/or relevant experience may be considered.
  • One (1) to three (3) years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media, reporting, analytics, or a related role.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
  • Experience creating reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms, social media analytics, and email marketing or newsletter platforms.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles, website analytics, email marketing, and digital marketing metrics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and interpret data.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, initiative, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies, marketing platforms, and industry best practices.

  • Produces accurate, timely, and meaningful marketing, intake, and lead performance reports.
  • Effectively tracks, analyzes, and communicates marketing data and trends to support management decision-making.
  • Coordinates SEO initiatives and vendor communications to ensure marketing priorities are executed effectively.
  • Creates engaging, accurate, and brand-consistent social media and newsletter content that strengthens audience engagement and expands the Firm’s reach.
  • Demonstrates exceptional organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Collaborates effectively with the Marketing Coordinator, Marketing & Intake Supervisor, vendors, and other Units to achieve the Firm's marketing objectives.
