The Role
We're looking for a highly organised, culturally switched-on assistant to support the founder across day-to-day operations and marketing campaigns. This is a varied role that spans social media management, administrative support and research.
You'll be working directly with the founder, getting hands-on experience across real campaigns for major and independent artists.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the management of social media accounts across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Twitter
- Assisting with scheduling, uploading and monitoring content
- Handling administrative tasks including emails and communications with artists
- Researching trends, sounds and content formats across social platforms
- Helping to coordinate between editors, clients and external teams
- General operational support to keep the business running smoothly

Who We're Looking For
- Available to work between Mondays and Thursdays (non-negotiable)
- Background in social media; you know how TikTok, IG and YouTube actually work
- Organised, reliable and able to meet deadlines without being chased
- Shows initiative; spots what needs doing and does it
- Genuinely passionate about music, culture and entertainment
- Eager to learn and grow within a fast-moving creative business
- Strong research skills across social platforms
