Marketing Coordinator
This is a hands-on marketing role for someone who enjoys turning plans into well-organised activity across a national store network. You’ll need strong attention to detail, the ability to work with agencies and internal teams, and the confidence to manage several deadlines at the same time.
Reporting to the Head of Brand, you’ll support marketing activity across Boots Hearingcare. You’ll help ensure our stores have the right materials at the right time, while also supporting national campaigns, local marketing, product launches, promotions and wider Marketing projects.
The role is based in Nottingham and follows a hybrid working pattern.
The Role
This is a varied role that combines marketing coordination with practical delivery. You’ll need to be highly organised, comfortable working at pace and willing to support different priorities across the team.
You'll:
- Manage printed materials for stores, including posters, leaflets and point-of-sale assets.
- Work with agencies to create and develop marketing materials and communications.
- Ensure all materials are accurate and aligned with Boots Hearingcare brand guidelines.
- Support national brand campaigns by coordinating the accurate and timely delivery of store collateral.
- Own and maintain the “what good looks like” briefing document, helping store colleagues understand which materials should be displayed and where.
- Help coordinate new product launches, promotional campaigns and product changes.
- Maintain the Marketing asset library, ensuring materials are accurate, up to date and correctly version-controlled.
- Maintain product and price lists, updating information when products, prices or promotions change.
- Raise purchase orders, process invoices and maintain accurate records of marketing expenditure.
- Help organise events, workshops and meetings.
- Support the preparation of presentations and materials for internal meetings.
- Contribute to wider Marketing projects and support the team with additional priorities when required.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
