Camplify Marketing Assistant - UK

Camplify is a peer-to-peer marketplace for campervans, motorhomes, and caravans. We connect people who own RVs with people who want to hire one, so owners can earn from their vehicle when they're not using it and hirers can get out and explore.

Camplify started in Australia and now operates across Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Spain, and the UK. It's part of CHL Group (ASX: CHL). In the UK, our community ranges from families and first-time campers to festival-goers and dog owners, and most of our UK hirers are booking a campervan for the first time.

We're a small, community-led team that cares about getting more people on the road. We're building a new UK marketing and partnerships function and are hiring two part-time Marketing Assistants to help launch it. You'll work closely with our Marketing & Community Development Manager on three focus areas:

Responsibilities

  1. Partnerships and influencer/creator collaborations
    • Working with UK vanlife, travel, family-outdoors, and dog-friendly creators
    • Building partnerships with outdoor brands, campsites, and travel publishers

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
