Marketing Assistant
Location: Stone, Staffordshire.
Job Type: Permanent / Full Time.
Position in Company: Reporting to the Marketing and Data Director.
Liaison: With all departments.

Job Description
We are looking for a self-motivated Marketing Assistant who has a keen eye for detail and enjoys multi-tasking. The successful applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day assistance of the Marketing team to help with the execution of campaigns across a mix of B2B marketing activities including social, website, events, email, and sales collateral.
And in due course, taking responsibility of:
- Ensuring the marketing literature library is kept up to date.
- Posting on company social media channels, including LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Maintaining product content on the company website.
- Day-to-day management of third-party online platforms.
- Co-ordinating promotional goods and branded collateral.
- Monitoring online competitor activity.
- Responding to customer requests for literature, product data, and images.
- Trade days.

The Ideal Applicant
The Ideal Applicant will have a passion for marketing and a creative mindset. Ideally, they will:
- Hold a degree-level qualification in marketing or have some working experience in the B2B marketing field.
- A relevant degree in communications/marketing and/or a CIPR/ Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualification is desirable but not essential.
- B2B marketing experience is ideal but not essential.
- Knowledge of the fastener and fixings industry is not essential.

Skills and Abilities
- Ability to work individually and as part of a wider team.
- Must be creative, detail-orientated, and highly organized.
- Excellent verbal/written communication.
- Confident communicator.
- Able to manage a varied workload.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft and Google packages. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite would be advantageous.
- A positive can-do attitude.
- A driving license would be advantageous.
