MARKETING ASSISTANT - JOB DESCRIPTION
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The Marketing Assistant supports the Assistant Brand Manager and Marketing Manager in delivering best-in-class marketing campaigns, PR initiatives, and brand experiences. Responsible for the day-to-day coordination of marketing operations, the role oversees product inventory, PR send-outs, spa support, and event logistics, ensuring the seamless execution of activities across the business. Working collaboratively with the Spa, Creative, and Social teams, the Marketing Assistant contributes to the successful delivery and organization of the brand's marketing strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Marketing Team with the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Manage the marketing department's product inventory, including monitoring stock levels, replenishing marketing cupboards, ordering products for photoshoots, events, and brand activations, and ensuring all campaign and event requirements are fulfilled.
- Work with the Head of PR on press and influencer send-outs, handling product requests, preparing and dispatching mailers, and ensuring timely delivery of all gifting initiatives.
- Support the Assistant Brand Manager on the planning and delivery of brand events and activations, including guest list management, RSVP tracking, venue liaison, supplier coordination, and briefing printers on event collateral.
- Keep marketing files, assets folders, and documentation organized and up to date.
- Assist with ad hoc marketing, PR, and spa projects as required. Supporting the teams with local events and activations support, including the production of POS displays, and image and product requests.
- Support on collating regular marketing and PR reports, including campaign performance, influencer activity, event results, and competitor analysis.
- Oversee the Marketing Finance inbox and Marketing PO tracker, keeping on top of all department invoices, ensuring new supplier forms and POs are raised in a timely manner and sent to the Accounts Team.

EXPERERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 1 year of marketing experience, which includes industrial placements, preferably within the luxury beauty/skincare category.
- Can demonstrate a passion for and knowledge of the skincare industry and competitor landscape.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good analytical skills in order to analyze and interpret information and make recommendations for improved results.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-player with a can-do attitude.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
