Marketing Assistant | Full-Time | Watford | Immediate Start
Infuse Worldwide is growing its Watford team and looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant to join our customer-facing campaigns across B2B, B2C Residential and Events.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, wants to build confidence and commercial skills, and is ready to learn how successful brands connect with customers in real-world environments.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll work alongside an experienced team to support the delivery of live marketing and customer acquisition campaigns.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Representing established UK brands through face-to-face customer engagement
- Introducing customers to relevant products, services and campaign offers
- Creating positive and memorable customer experiences
- Building rapport and generating interest with prospective customers
- Supporting customer acquisition and campaign objectives
- Gathering customer feedback and sharing useful market insights
- Working towards individual and team performance goals
- Taking part in regular training, workshops and campaign development sessions
