What is this role about?

The role will provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing team by coordinating marketing activations, events, dealership promotions, vendor requirements, and documentation to ensure the timely and efficient execution of marketing initiatives across all EV dealership branches.

What will YOU do?

  • Coordinate marketing activations and promotional activities to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing initiatives
  • Support marketing events and campaigns to facilitate successful campaign implementation
  • Coordinate vendors, suppliers, and marketing partners to ensure the timely delivery of marketing requirements
  • Process marketing administrative and financial requirements to support efficient marketing operations
  • Manage marketing materials and documentation to ensure proper monitoring and availability of resources
  • Monitor implementation of marketing activities to ensure compliance with approved plans and timelines
  • Ensure compliance with branding and operational standards to maintain consistency and operational efficiency

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience in marketing, events coordination, administrative support, or related roles is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation, reporting, and record management skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Mass Communication, Communications, Management, or any related field.
