We're a fast-growing start-up working with some of the UK's largest independent veterinary groups, including one with over 65 practices in London. We fill their surgical diaries with paid ads.
We test everything. No idea is too stupid to try, and the weird ones often win. If you've got a concept, you'll get to run it.
What You'll Do
- Come up with new angles and concepts that get pet owners to book a health check
- Film on location at vet practices across the UK: vets, nurses, patients, testimonials
- Work with our video editors to execute the videos and hold the brand standard
- Launch creatives yourself in Meta Ads Manager, building ad sets, swapping creative, pausing what isn't working
- Monitor the ad accounts daily and understand what the data is telling you
- Work with the sales team and the founder to identify which ads are producing the best leads
- Run the organic side of our socials and our clients'
- Keep the creative library organised so every ad can be traced back to its performance
- Weekly report on what's working and what you're changing as a result

Who You Are
- Extremely creative. You have more ideas than you have time to make

- Data-driven. You can look at CPLs & CPAs and say what to do next
- You can direct people who aren't comfortable on camera
- You use Claude or similar AI tools daily, and you've vibe coded something
- Organised. Files named, deadlines hit, nothing lost
- Full UK driving licence, happy to travel for filming days across the UK
- Meta Ads Manager experience is a bonus, not a requirement

Vet Leads (Animal Health Check Ltd). We're a marketing and sales business. We help vet practices stay busy by booking pet owners in for appointments, using direct response marketing on Meta and a sales team that calls every enquiry.

Hi, I'm Enrique. In this role you'll be working directly with me.
I learned marketing under business owners who went on to sell their companies for millions. That's a level of understanding you can't get from a degree, and it's what took me from working for other people to running my own business.
