Role Description

The Marketing Assistant role at Nebula is a part-time position based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with a hybrid working model that combines on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the Marketing Assistant supports day-to-day marketing activities, including assisting with campaign planning, preparing marketing materials, and coordinating content for digital channels such as websites and social media.

  • Conducting basic market research
  • Updating client-facing documents
  • Helping organize sales and marketing assets

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
  • Foundational market research skills, with the ability to gather, organize, and interpret information about target markets and competitors.
  • Customer service experience, with a focus on professional, responsive interactions and relationship building.
  • Exposure to sales and sales & marketing activities, such as supporting lead generation, preparing sales materials, or coordinating campaign tasks.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Comfort with common digital tools (e.g., office productivity software, online collaboration platforms); experience with social media or basic marketing tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, collaborating in person and remotely, and taking initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Relevant education or experience in marketing, business, communications, or a related field; interest in technical or B2B sectors is beneficial.
