Role Description
Lily is growing and our marketing activity is growing with it. We are looking for a full-time Marketing Assistant to join the team and support the full mix of work we deliver, from creating social media content and email campaigns through to website updates, internal events and campaign planning. This is a hands-on, fast paced role with real responsibility from the start, and is ideal for someone who is creative, organised and performance focused. We are looking for someone who enjoys variety, is comfortable juggling several pieces of work at once, and is ambitious about building a marketing career. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Proofread and re-format material produced by the wider team, so it follows our brand guidelines.
- Keep our brand assets, templates and image library organised and up to date.
- Gather customer stories, testimonials and reviews for upcoming marketing content.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
