Role: Marketing Assistant
Hours of work: Mon – Fri (37.5 hours a week)
Job Type: Full-time permanent (on-site)
Location: Knocklyon, Dublin 16
Salary: €25 – 30k per annum
About the Role
We are looking for a creative, organised and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent marketing graduate or someone with up to one year's marketing experience who is eager to build a career in a growing, purpose-driven organisation.
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will support the planning and delivery of integrated 360° marketing campaigns across both traditional and digital channels. This is a varied, hands-on role offering exposure to every aspect of marketing/communications—from social media and content creation to recruitment campaigns, community initiatives, events and brand development.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Support
- Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, radio and community channels.
- Support marketing initiatives that promote our homecare services, brand and company values.
- Help coordinate marketing activity across national campaigns and local grassroots initiatives.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Manage and grow the company's social media channels.
- Create engaging social media content including graphics, videos, and copy.
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, social media channels and website activity, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices.

Content Creation
- Assist with copywriting across multiple marketing channels while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Company blogs
- Email newsletters
- Website updates
- Internal and External communications
Marketing Materials
- Help design and develop marketing collateral including:
- Recruitment materials
- Brochures /Flyers /Posters
- Presentations
- Digital assets
- Branded promotional items
Events & Community Engagement
- Support the planning and delivery of company events.
- Assist with our annual Carer of the Year Awards.
- Support CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives and community engagement activities.
General Marketing Support
- Coordinate marketing projects and liaise with suppliers where required.
- Help maintain the marketing calendar and campaign schedules.
- Assist with market research, competitor analysis and campaign reporting, helping to identify trends, measure performance and support data-driven marketing decisions.
- Provide general administrative support to the Head of Marketing.

About You
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive and keen to learn. You'll be comfortable juggling multiple projects and enjoy bringing new ideas to the team.
Essential
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with an interest in content creation and storytelling.
- Experience creating social media content
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Confident using tools like PowerPoint, Canva.
- Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Desirable
- Basic video editing skills.
- Experience with website content management systems.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms
- Up to one year's marketing experience (including internships or placements).
