Whether you're already working in a marketing role or looking to take your first step into the profession, this is an opportunity to join a growing business where you'll gain hands-on experience across every aspect of marketing.
As part of our creative team, you'll work closely with our Head of Marketing, supporting the planning, delivery and analysis of campaigns that help attract new customers, strengthen existing relationships and drive business growth.
Whilst we're a B2B company serving trade customers, our marketing is anything but ordinary. You'll get involved in a diverse mix of digital and traditional marketing activities, including email marketing, SMS, social media, direct mail, content creation, website marketing, paid advertising and customer retention campaigns. No two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:
- Get hands-on with crafting multi-channel campaigns that engage our B2B audience and keep our trade customers coming back for more.
- Design and manage a range of marketing materials that stand out at point of sale and support our sales team.
- Support the planning, scheduling and management of our organic social media channels, helping to create engaging content and monitor performance.
- Flex your creative muscles with content creation for blogs, case studies, and social media.
- Keep a sharp eye on campaign performance, crunching numbers to help inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with our SEO specialist to boost our online presence through blog content and website management.

About You
You might already be working as a Marketing Assistant, Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Apprentice. Equally, you could be looking for your first role after college, university or an apprenticeship.
- Organised and detail-oriented.
- Enthusiastic about marketing and eager to learn.
- Creative, proactive and willing to share ideas.
- Comfortable working with both data and creative content.
- A confident communicator with a positive attitude.
- Keen to build a long-term career in marketing.
