Role Description
This is a full-time Marketing Assistant role based in Shropham. The Marketing Assistant will support day-to-day marketing activities, including assisting with campaign planning, preparing promotional materials, and updating digital channels such as the website and social media. The role involves coordinating with sales teams to gather information for case studies, newsletters, and product-focused content. The Marketing Assistant will help organise and attend events and exhibitions and ensure brand consistency across all communications.

- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication
- Understanding of B2B social media strategies and content creation
- Customer Service and Sales skills to support enquiries, nurture leads, and collaborate effectively with commercial teams.
- Sales & Marketing skills to assist in campaign execution, promotional activities, and basic performance tracking.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite
- Demonstrated interest in marketing within engineering, industrial, or technical sectors is advantageous.
- Relevant education or training in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is desirable.
