As a key contributor, you will be instrumental in executing dynamic marketing campaigns that captivate audiences and drive engagement across various digital touchpoints. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing the customer journey, optimizing performance funnels, and ensuring successful outcomes for some of the largest and most exciting events in digital commerce.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of large-scale promotional event marketing campaigns, particularly during key seasonal periods.
- Drive onsite merchandising and customer funnel engagement initiatives to improve discovery, conversion, and retention.
- Execute lifecycle marketing campaigns across onsite placements and outbound communication channels.
- Coordinate and launch customer-facing communications across various digital channels, including email and push notifications.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, operations, and business teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign operations, troubleshoot execution issues, and maintain high quality standards across all customer touchpoints.

Must-Have Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, merchandising, campaign management, or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and data-driven environment.
- Intermediate level experience in onsite/outbound merchandising.
- Intermediate level experience in marketing strategy.
