About the Team

Our Marketing group is a strategic team who work independently towards clear common objectives. The pace is fast, and we’re constantly learning. Whether developing marketing strategies, producing creative, or optimising digital, our mission is to deliver the best possible experience for our clients, as well as the best outcome for the business.

We take pride in offering a bespoke approach for every auction, and work with internal specialist teams, Press, Events, and Creative to tell the stories of the rare and unique items sourced for auctions across over 60 collecting categories.

About You

You are a highly organised and proactive marketer who is comfortable supporting the delivery of activity across multiple channels and projects. You have strong attention to detail, are confident working to deadlines, and enjoy being hands-on with campaign execution.

You will be comfortable working with creative assets, copy, and campaign materials, and able to pick up new systems and processes quickly. Experience with digital marketing platforms and project management tools would be beneficial.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day delivery of marketing campaigns across email, Paid Social, PPC, and Organic Social.
  • Build and schedule email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Support the set-up and delivery of Paid Social activity, including working in-platform within Meta.
  • Support PPC campaign activity and the delivery of required assets and copy.
  • Schedule Organic Social content across Bonhams’ social channels.
  • Support the creation, adaptation, and delivery of marketing assets across digital, print, and other collateral.
  • Coordinate asset amends, approvals, and final delivery to ensure activity is ready to launch on time.
  • Support the production and management of print and marketing collateral where required.
  • Manage campaign tasks and timelines using project management tools such as Trello.
  • Ensure marketing activity is delivered accurately on time and in line with Bonhams’ brand guidelines.

Key Skills and Attributes

  • Previous experience in a marketing or campaign execution role.
  • Experience supporting the delivery of activity across multiple marketing channels.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with creative assets, copy, and campaign materials.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Trello would be beneficial.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be beneficial.
  • Experience working in-platform within Meta would be beneficial.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
