About the Role

This is a broad, hands-on marketing role covering copy, video, social media, PR, events, awards, customer co-marketing, and performance reporting. You will work closely with the Marketing team to turn ideas into campaigns and content while building experience in a regulated financial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Write copy across the business and create customer communications, including release notes and emails.
  • Manage social media and produce basic visual assets and short-form and long-form video.
  • Identify and coordinate industry events, speaker pitches, and award submissions.
  • Find and manage customer co-marketing opportunities.
  • Support PR, thought-leadership campaigns, pitching, agency management, and reporting.
  • Track, analyse, and manage marketing performance reports.
  • Provide general marketing support according to the team's priorities.

Qualifications

  • Strong copywriting skills across different formats and channels.
  • Basic graphic-design and video-editing skills.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a B2B, preferably, or B2C marketing role.
  • Basic understanding of fintech or financial services.
  • Ability to manage your own time, deadlines, and projects.
  • A self-starter mindset and the ability to turn ambiguity into opportunity.
  • Strong interest in writing, clarity, and readable documentation.
  • Social media management or PR experience is preferred, particularly in fintech or another regulated environment.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary of £35,000 to £45,000, depending on experience.
  • Remote-first work from anywhere in the UK.
  • Ability to work abroad for up to 20 days per year.
