Role: Marketing Associate
Location: Twyford, Winchester
Driving License Essential
Permanent: Full-time
Monday – Friday 09.30am – 5.00pm (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 DOE, competitive benefits and excellent growth opportunities
We're hiring a Marketing Associate to join Tribe Connect at an exciting stage of our growth.

What will you be doing?
- Working closely with the wider team, you’ll gain broad experience across B2B marketing, supporting activity across:
- Integrated marketing campaigns, digital and social
- Content creation, including blogs, case studies, email campaigns and presentations
- Website updates, SEO and digital optimisation
- Campaign reporting, analytics and CRM activity
- Brand, internal and employer communications
- Events, webinars and trade shows
- Collaboration with Sales, Product, Talent and external agencies
- Marketing coordination, planning and project delivery

You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of projects, bring creative ideas to the table and see how marketing directly contributes to brand awareness, customer engagement and business growth.
What are we looking for?
You might be a recent marketing graduate, have experience from a marketing internship or placement, or already have some hands-on marketing experience and be ready to take the next step.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A creative approach and an interest in storytelling
- An understanding of digital marketing and social media
- A basic understanding of SEO, CRM, email marketing and analytics
- Commercial awareness and an interest in B2B marketing
- A proactive, positive and collaborative approach
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- A genuine desire to learn and develop

Experience in B2B, technology, IT or telecommunications would be advantageous, and a CIM qualification or progress towards one is desirable.
