Why ILS?
At Intelligent Legal Solutions (ILS), we’re transforming how fund formation and private equity legal work gets done. Our flagship product, Provision, is a legal tech SaaS platform that streamlines fund documentation and workflows for law firms and institutional fund managers.
We’re still early, but we have clear product–market fit, a deep understanding of our buyers, and an ambitious roadmap. We operate at the intersection of legal, private equity, and workflow automation, and we’re building the go-to platform for fund formation teams globally.
This is a rare opportunity to join a lean, high-calibre team that is seeing significant traction in the marketplace. The bar is high, the work is hands-on, and the impact on the company’s growth, brand, and revenue will be direct and visible.
We move fast, take ownership, and stay close to our customers. We value clear thinking, simplicity over complexity. If you want to do the best work of your career in legal tech, we’d love to build with you.
Role Overview:
We’re hiring a Marketing Associate to support the execution of our marketing and growth initiatives for ILS Provision.
You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager and Head of Growth to help plan, execute, and optimise campaigns and programmes that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline across our target markets (fund managers, private equity, and law firms).
This is a hands-on, generalist role: part campaign execution, part content support, part operations. You’ll help turn ideas into live campaigns, ensure nothing falls through the cracks, and keep our marketing engine running smoothly as we scale.
It’s a great fit for someone early in their B2B marketing career who is organised, data-aware, eager to learn, and excited to work in a technical, high-value space.
What you'll do:
- Support campaign execution: Help set up and run multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events/webinars, content promotions), including building lists, scheduling sends, QA, and tracking performance.
- Assist with content production and distribution: Work with the Marketing Manager and Head of Growth to adapt and publish content (emails, social posts, blogs, landing pages, PDFs) and ensure it reaches the right audience at the right time.
- Manage marketing assets and collateral: Keep our content, decks, case studies, one-pagers, and templates organised and up to date so Sales and Growth can easily use them.
- Help run events and webinars: Support planning and logistics for webinars, roundtables, and other activations — from invites and registrations to follow-up communications.
- Maintain clean data and lists: Assist in managing contact lists, segments, and basic enrichment in our CRM/marketing tools to ensure campaigns reach the correct personas and accounts.
- Monitor and report on basics: Pull simple performance reports (opens, clicks, registrations, MQLs, basic funnel metrics) and help turn them into insights and next steps for the team.
- Leverage AI tools to work faster: Use AI tools (including Perplexity and other GPT-based tools) to draft first-pass copy, summarise content, create variants for testing, and support analysis, under guidance from the Marketing Manager.
- Continuously improve processes: Spot small operational improvements in how we run campaigns, manage assets, or report performance, and work with the Marketing Manager to implement them.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
