Marketing Associate

Annual Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 DOE

Location: Richmond, London

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Office based

Reporting to: Head of Business Development

About Fairmont Law Solicitors

Fairmont Law Solicitors is a modern, award-winning law firm based in Richmond, London, providing expert legal services to individuals, families, and businesses. Our team is committed to delivering practical legal solutions, exceptional client service, and innovative approaches to legal practice. As the firm continues to grow, we are looking for a Marketing Associate to help strengthen our brand, increase our online visibility, and support business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the firm's marketing and business development strategy.
  • Create and manage website content, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms), vlogs, blogs, and newsletters.
  • Assist with SEO, content optimisation, and AI search visibility.
  • Conduct competitor and market research.
  • Manage online directory listings and citation updates.
  • Monitor online reviews and reputation.
  • Assist with events, networking, and PR activities.
  • Prepare marketing reports and track performance metrics.
  • Maintain CRM and marketing databases.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Previous experience in a marketing, business development, or digital marketing role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and digital platforms.

Desirable

  • Experience within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and social media management.
  • Familiarity with marketing and analytics tools, including HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, Canva, or similar platforms.
  • Interest in AI, digital marketing trends, and online reputation management.
